WARRIOR'S EDGE broke sharply and went to a clear advantage past the five-furlong pole, was joined by YO MO before the turn, dueled outside of that one through the turn, gained the upper hand by mid-stretch, and edged clear in the final yards. YO MO moved up after the start to join the early pace battle, went on with WARRIOR'S EDGE to duel that one through the turn, battled gamely through upper stretch, but gave way in the final furlong. NO INTERRUPTION hopped at the break, then took a hard bump from the outside rival and was slow to begin, advanced in the run down the backstretch but was still well back on the turn, hugged the rail and finished up well to gain the third prize while never a serious threat to the top pair. CHIEF BROWN tracked three-wide in the second flight, came out four-wide into the stretch, and finished with mild interest. DRYCREEK GOLD dropped back to mid-pack after an even start, did not offer a late bid. ADELYN'S ROCKING was initially part of the early pace mix, came under a ride on the turn, but was unable to match the pace, dropped back, and was unable to threaten. FOUR JIM raced with the pack for a quarter mile, then struggled to keep up through the turn, and lacked a finish. LE BATELEUR ducked in and made contact with the inside rival, dropped back to be the distant trailer and did not offer a late bid.
