LADY OF THE NILE settled three-wide in the second flight, pulled under mild restraint down the backstretch while racing in the clear, launched a bid leaving the five-sixteenths marker, finished strong under steady handling and urging, and was up in the last jumps. PENNY POWERS showed good speed to make the lead without really being asked, was left to dictate the fractions while under mild pressure, quickened the pace leaving the three-furlong pole, took a short lead into the stretch, battled gamely under threat, but could not hold off the winner. JEWLZ tracked two-wide under some restraint through the early stages, was let loose with three furlongs to run, battled gamely through the lane, but came up short. COMPETITIVE THREAT (IRE) tracked close up between horses under a hold, was stuck behind horses through the stretch run and unable to get clear until too late. LIT UP was allowed to settle from the start, raced mid-pack while saving ground, then finished up with mild interest. SHE'S CANDIFIED broke a bit awkwardly, then was wrangled back and taken over to the rail before the turn, kept to task, and was mildly gaining in the late stages. FLYIN WITHTHE BOSS broke in the air and was away behind the field, settled behind, finished with some interest, but failed to change leads through the stretch run and did not move up. AMADORA'S EMPIRE settled near the back in the two-path, maintained position, but was unable to improve.
