BREAKER WAVE brushed start, unhurried while just off the inside early, raced in the second flight up most of the backstretch, idled a bit in some traffic into the turn while still toward the inside, began to advance early in the bend, angled out three wide when moving to engage the leaders turning for home, dueled upper stretch then shook off that foe under a moderate hand ride and cruised to the wire to win ridden out and geared down as clearly best. SLEEPY MUSIC off slow, moved up steadily up the backstretch while well out in the strip, made a four wide bid early turn, vied then dueled inside the winner and between horses into the stretch, proved no match for that one, remained well clear for the place. CRIME SCENE lacked speed while inside the winner early, continued one paced early turn, came three wide for the drive, staged a mild rally to be up for the show between rivals, no threat to the top two. WANNA ROCK vied up front out of the chute, fell back through the turn, shifted out slightly around a tiring rival midstretch, finished up mildly while not having enough for the show spot. RUNAWAY ROXY broke sharply from the outside, forwardly three wide, challenged inside the runner up into the turn, dueled with that one closest to the inside, steadily backed up through the stretch. KATABATIC WIND bobbled then brushed with the winner at the break, void of speed in trailing for a half, picked off a couple of tiring rivals while never a factor. BOMBPROOF in the second flight early off the inside, fell back a bit when a bit keen five furlongs out, four wide into the lane, steady retreat to the wire. SILIVAS flashed some brief early foot along the inside, began to give way before a half while inside of some traffic then continued to fade through the lane.
