Footnotes
SUMMER FLOWER raced four wide early, continued off the rail, off the pace, moved up four wide on the far turn, rallied outside into the stretch, took over and drew clear under urging. ALLENHURST pulled in the early stages on the inside, then tracked inside, angled out at the top of the lane, rallied, finished well but second best. EAZY WHIRLED raced off the rail, off the pace, moved up three wide on the far turn, came four wide into the lane and rallied mildly for third. LIDIA ROSE vied two wide for the lead, dueled on the far turn and weakened. LAST FLAG FLYING raced four wide early, stalked four wide, bid three wide on the far turn and tired. ONE FINE WINE set the pace on the inside, dueled on the far turn and tired. DIAMONDINTHESAND stalked between rivals, chased between foes on the far turn and faded. I CAN EXPLAIN tracked inside, dropped back on the far turn and had a blinker malfunction affect the horse's vision.
