PRESIDENT Z showed good early speed to set the pace, moved to the inside, responded when challenged, shook free turning for home, drew clear under urging and was kept to the task. LEVEE WAS DRY stalked close up two wide, bid briefly on the turn, then re rallied on the rail in the stretch run and earned the place spot. AWESOME FOR SURE bumped at the start, settled off the pace, chased on the turn, came three wide into the lane, rallied mildly and got up late for third. GOWOKEGOBROKE tracked close up on the inside, chased three wide on the turn, made a mild bid and weakened in the final furlong. MY MAMBA broke in the air and bumped a rival, then raced off the pace and did not factor. RUMAWAY was outrun.
