MO ACTION stalked the pacesetter, chased that rival on the far turn, rallied two wide into the stretch, closed steadily, gained command near the sixteenth marker and drew clear under urging. NAVESINK PIRATE showed good early speed to set the pace, showed the way on the far turn, responded when roused, dug in gamely on the rail in the stretch run and held well for the place award. BATTLE LOU raced off the pace, chased on the far turn, advanced inside entering the stretch, moved up on the rail, angled out for a clear run past the furlong marker and finished evenly. AZARIO was off a bit slow and steadied, then outrun early, advanced on the far turn, came three wide into the lane and closed mildly outside. ROYAL MERIT raced off the pace inside, chased on the far turn and closed mildly. ELKO COUNTY was outrun early, angled out in the stretch and closed belatedly. IT'SALLJUSTADREAM raced two wide off the pace and gave way.
