SUMMER BEE stalked two wide, chased two wide on the turn, rallied three wide at the furlong marker, wore down the pacesetter and edged away for the win. IN THE CHASE away alertly, set the pace racing with a clear lead, dueled in the two path past midstretch and dug in gamely to the finish. ROSCOE PINE raced off the pace inside, moved up at the quarter pole, raced behind horses in the lane, then closed late for third. BEWARE OF PRIDE tracked on the inside, rallied on the rail entering the stretch, was in a bit tight passing the furlong marker, then outkicked. SHAKIN LOOSE raced two wide off the pace, came three wide into the lane and gained mildly outside. DISCREET DEVIL steadied at the start, raced three wide off the pace and did not factor.
