Footnotes
ELKO COUNTY raced off the pace inside, chased inside on the far turn, angled out at the top of the lane, commenced a rally outside in midstretch, closed steadily late and was along in time. TEUTONIC vied inside for the early lead, dueled with LUMBER LEGACY on the backside and far turn, put away that rival, then was immediately challenged by JOHNNY BAY GOODE, dueled into the stretch, battled back gamely on the rail, regained the lead at the sixteenth marker, then yielded grudgingly to the winner. JOHNNY BAY GOODE raced three wide early, then stalked two wide, bid three wide at the quarter pole, led into the stretch, dueled past the furlong marker and was outfinished. MIGHTY MILO raced four wide early, then stalked three wide, chased three wide and lacked a rally. LUMBER LEGACY dueled two wide for command, dueled on the far turn and tired.
