SECURITYLIGHTNING set the pace on the inside racing with a clear lead, opened up on the far turn, drew off to a long lead and was ridden out. DIAMONDINTHESAND raced off the pace inside, advanced at the quarter pole, angled out and rallied for second. NO DENYING pulled in a bit tight on the rail and steadied entering the first turn, then tracked inside, chased on the far turn and was outfinished for the place spot. SPANISH GIRL was outrun early and did not factor. KATHLEEN'S DERBY stalked two wide, chased on the far turn and gave way.
