OPTICAL BIJOU chased four wide early, bid three wide on the turn, dueled, led into the stretch, drew clear and widened under urging. ALPHA COMPANY broke out bumping a rival at the start, chased three wide, chased between on the turn, came four wide into the lane, rallied and finished well for the place award. FULLY COMMITTED chased five wide early, then three wide on the turn, rallied mildly outside and closed well late to get up for third. ROYAL PERFORMANCE chased close up early between rivals, bid between horses at the quarter pole, dueled into the stretch, weakened and lost third. CASSATION chased close up early on the inside, continued inside on the turn, angled out in the stretch and rallied mildly. LEGENDARY THUNDER steadied at the start, raced off the rail, off the pace, angled out in the stretch and failed to threaten. ISLAND SPIRIT was bumped and checked at the start, raced off the pace inside, came three wide into the lane and failed to threaten. BUSTIN LOOSE showed good early speed to set the pace, cleared off and dropped over to the rail, dueled past the quarter pole and faded. LIVALISCIOUS broke a bit awkwardly, tracked on the inside, chased inside on the turn and faded.
