PRINCESS IRENE vied early, then set the pace on the inside, was pressed along on the backside, shook free on the far turn, responded when roused, pulled away and was ridden out. JAM'S PAPER MOON stalked the pace, advanced two wide on the far turn, rallied into second, then dug in late to hold that spot. SELVAGGIA settled off the pace, moved up between rivals on the far turn, came two wide into the lane and rallied outside. LIL MISS LOLLIPOP raced two wide off the pace, three wide at the half mile pole, chased two wide on the far turn and rallied mildly. LADY CATALINA raced off the rail, off the pace, moved up four wide at the half mile marker, continued four wide on the far turn and closed mildly outside in the stretch run. NEW WAY raced three wide early, settled off the pace, advanced inside on the backside and far turn, then weakened in the stretch. DAYTIME DRAMA was outrun early on the inside and closed belatedly on the rail. REINA NOCHE raced off the pace inside and failed to threaten. FUEGO K raced off the pace inside, two wide on the far turn and did not factor. ESTHER'S SALAD tracked on the inside, then chased three then four wide on the far turn and faded. SOMETHINGTOSAY broke a step slow, vied two wide early on, then stalked the leader, pressed the pace on the backside, chased and gave way.
