WILDNCRAZYNIGHT set the pace racing with a clear lead, responded when roused, dug in gamely inside of PIVOTAL MOMENT in midstretch and determinedly turned back that rival to prevail. PIVOTAL MOMENT stalked close up outside, chased on the turn, rallied outside in the stretch, made a strong bid at the furlong marker, dug in gamely outside to the finish and came up second best. MAXIMATCH was bumped at the start, tracked close up on the inside, chased on the turn, rallied on the rail in upper stretch, lacked a late bid and weakened. BALTIC was bumped at the start, raced off the pace inside, chased on the turn and closed belatedly. MIDNIGHT STORY raced off the rail, off the pace, chased on the turn and closed belatedly outside. BALL OF FIRE was bumped at the start, then in a bit tight leaving the chute, then raced off the pace inside and did not factor. THE PAULY FACTOR raced two wide off the pace and gave way.
