POST COMMAND raced off the pace inside, advanced near the inside on the far turn, rallied two wide into the stretch, bid at the furlong marker, dueled with THORSNESS through the final sixteenth and gamely prevailed. THORSNESS vied inside for the lead, was pressed along on the backside, shook free on the far turn, dug in gamely on the rail in the stretch run, dueled to the finish and just missed. GROUCH stalked between rivals, chased four wide into the far turn, then three wide, rallied at the eighth pole and was outkicked. RERALLY raced four wide early, settled three wide off the pace, chased four wide on the far turn, made a mild bid and weakened. ELKO COUNTY was outrun early, came wide into the stretch and passed tired rivals. VENEZUELAN TRIUMPH raced three wide on the first turn, vied outside for the lead, chased on the far turn and faded. MY LIL FLIRT tracked close up on the inside, chased two wide on the far turn and gave way.
