SOME GIVEN EVENT rated in the second flight early then made a steady advance along the inside through the turn before angling out at the 1/8 pole and rallied to get up in time. LLUVIA FUERTE was reluctant to load into the gate then broke sharply and set the early pace before racing all out into the stretch and was caught late. CAPTAIN WINDY was fractious in the gate then was allowed to settle early with a rail trip before splitting horses in the stretch and was gaining late. OAKLYN was void of early speed then angled four wide into the stretch and made a bid, gaining belatedly. DATE WITH DESTINY got away alertly and chased the early pace then contended to the stretch before giving way late. OHIO GIRL raced close up early while saving ground and showed some speed for a half mile before fading in the stretch. THE WAY IT IS chased the pace while three wide early then was urged at the 1/4 pole but tired in the stretch. RAGS TO RUBY hesitated at the start and missed the break, spotting the field multiple lengths before rushing up in the opening quarter mile to try to contend but faded in the stretch. SHE STARTED IT dwelt at the start and was well back early before pulling up after an eighth of a mile and walked off post race.
