ELECTA broke sharply and stalked the pace while keen to challenge early on the backstretch run then ranged up and loomed to contest the leader at the 3/8 pole and grabbed the lead into the stretch, holding sway on the wire. HAPPY MATCH moved up and set a slow pace then was headed at the top of the stretch by ELECTA but dug in and battled into the lane before altering to the outside of the leader and ran on late. BEND MY EAR settled along the rail early then angled four wide on the second turn and made a bid into the stretch but faltered late. DREAMWIFEDREAMLIFE was void of early speed and tucked in for the backstretch run then angled six wide into the stretch and made a mild rally late. LADY MIDSHIPMAN settled early with a four wide trip then was urged to contend nearing the 1/2 pole but failed to sustain the bid and faded into the stretch.
