EASTSIDE COOL away well from the outside, allowed the early pace to go, raced closest to that one up the backstretch, took over from the outside second turn, steadily drew off while drifting out mistretch. MAGIC GRANT in the main body while racing off the rail, continued in the two path second turn, shifted out a bit for the drive, along for the place while not a threat to the winner. FACE VALUE moved up to show the way in to the first turn, clear before a quarter, extended that advantage up the backstretch, offered little resistance to the winner in the second turn, gradually weakened while drifting out in mid stretch as well, lost the place late. THE THUNDERER settled in the second flight while along the inside, continued to save ground while within striking distance second turn, lacked a winning response through the stretch. SIVAKO lacked speed while just off the inside first turn, continued back the opening half, began a mild advance midway on the final turn, came four wide for the drive, improved position without posing a serious threat. ELDON'S PRINCE in the main body and three wide in the first turn, dropped to the inside for the second bend, came up empty through the stretch. HUGE BIGLY devoid of early foot while three path first turn, floated out to be five wide into the stretch, bettered position while not a serious threat. FROST ALERT forwardly placed while racing three wide, second flight final turn, had little left for the stretch run. OUTLIER four wide in the first turn when well off the pace, remained back. FIGHT'N READY last away, was never a factor. PATCH O'BRIEN four wide through the first turn, tired. AHEADOFTHEGAME in a bit tight in traffic into the first turn, was finished after five furlongs.
