Footnotes
HORSE OF THE SEA stalked in the three path, was cued between foes passing the quarter, bid while floating out to the five path at the top of the lane, and ran on to nail the inner pacesetter at the wire. MISINFORMATION set the pace in the two path, was cued midway around the far turn, dug in gamely from the four path down the stretch, but got nailed by an outer foe at the wire. HIGHLY CONNECTED rated behind rivals in the two path, was ridden in the four path passing the quarter, swung from the six path into the lane, and kicked on to make it close late, but could not get past an inner pair. TREADSTONE tracked between rivals in the two path, was cued midway around the far turn, angled to the rail at the top of the lane, stayed on to bid entering the final furlong, but was out-finished by an outer trio. JEWLZ pressed the pace in the three path, bid midway around the far turn, but flattened from the four path in the final furlong. FRENCH KNIGHT laid up close along the inside, came under pressure midway around the far turn, got briefly stymied in upper stretch, but gave way.
