ITSINMYBLOOD stalked in the four path up the backstretch, ranged up to bid under a drive at the top of the short lane, took the lead passing the sixteenth, and drew clear. AMERICAN OUTLAW showed the way in the two path, was coaxed passing the quarter, fought on bravely in the three path down the stretch, got overtaken by the winner around the sixteenth, but firmly held place, pulled up during the gallop out and was transported off the track in an equine ambulance. BLACK POWDER tracked inside, was driven into the far turn, challenged from the rail passing the furlong grounds, and kept on. UNCLE CAESAR was prompted from up close in the three path, urged between rivals in the two path around the far turn, stayed on in upper stretch, but evened out around the sixteenth. SLIP MAHONEY rated in the four path, swung from the six path under a drive turning into the lane, and finished evenly. PAPPY'S REVENGE settled in midfield from the four path, was cued in the three path passing the five-sixteenths pole, but was one paced in the five path down the stretch. DYNAMIS chased in the two path, was driven around the far turn, but flattened in the three path down the lane. HERN raced off the pace in the two path but made no impact from the five path down the stretch. UNDERHILL'S TAB was wellback in the four path and did not factor. WHAT'S UP DOC trailed along the inside early and never threatened. SHAN was wellback in the three path but never menaced.
