JACKMAN showed the way in the two path, edged clear under confident handling around the turn, swung from the four path into the stretch, was asked for more run going by the three-sixteenths, and kicked away to be much the best. KUNSHAN BRIDGE chased inside, tipped out to the three path under coaxing midway around the turn, then angled out to the six path entering the final furlong, and ran on for place. CITY OF CLOUDS was unhurried in the three path early, split rivals approaching the quarter, angled out to the seven path at the top of the lane, and kept on for show. MARTINI BLU raced off the pace in the three path, was ridden around the turn, swung from the four path into the stretch, briefly waited passing the eighth pole, but made no final bid. K P KWEST raced up close in the three path, was driven around the turn, but faded down the lane. GAMBLER ROCKET prompted the pace inside, was coaxed along while off the rail around the turn, but faded. STELLAR VINO got bumped by an outer foe into an inner foe at the start, chased in the four path early, moved up between foes going into the turn, ranged up passing the quarter, but flattened from the five path in the final furlong. SERGEANT GUMP tracked in the two path, rounded the turn under a drive from just off the rail, but made no closing bid. MIDNIGHT MAJESTY raced off the pace in the two path, steadied behind rivals passing the half, improved inside of foes in upper stretch, but weakened in the final furlong. BORN FLAWLESS steadied at the start, trailed in the four path early and did not factor. SHAKE UP chased in the three path but was empty entering the stretch. HIGHTAIL COWBOY broke in and bumped an inner foe, chased out in the five path but never menaced.
