MORE POWER showed the way in the two path, waited while just off the rail around the turn, was cued at the top of the lane, and kicked away. BUTCH broke awkwardly and steadied at the start, chased in the three path, was nudged along between rivals around the turn, angled out to the six path passing the furlong grounds and kept on to clearly be second best. VINEY raced in midpack inside, came under a ride passing the three-eighths pole, tipped out to the three path in upper stretch, and edged out show. MY RUSSIAN stalked in the three path, was driven around the turn, but flattened in the five path down the stretch. GO GO RO RO pressed in the three path, vied for the lead under a ride passing the quarter, but yielded in the final furlong. MANDATORY MISSION trailed in the four path, fanned out to the seven path turning into the stretch, and passed tired inner rivals. GOLDEN CITY STREET raced off the pace along the rail and made no impact. CONWAY prompted the pace inside early but gave way in the stretch. KEOKUK KID was reluctant to load, tracked inner foes from the four path, was roused midway around the turn, but weakened. POLAR WOLF rated out in the five path and did not factor. FREE OF FROST was wellback in the three path and never threatened. SUPER MS chased in the four path but never menaced.
