TIMBERLINE stalked the leading duo in the three path, bid under a ride passing the quarter, dueled with an inner rival to the wire, and inched ahead in the final sixteenth. DREAMOFYOU dueled for the lead from the two path up the backstretch, was cued between foes midway around the far turn, led while fighting on gamely in battle with the winner passing the eighth pole, but got edged out in the final sixteenth. MOST AMAZING bumped with an outer foe at the start, laid up close in the two path, got stymied midway around the far turn, angled out under a drive passing the quarter, swung from the five path into the lane, but finished evenly for show. MIDNIGHT MENACE bumped with an inner foe at the start. rated in the five path, was under right handed urging passing the quarter, angled out to the eight path entering the stretch, and passed tired inner rivals. CHIEF VALOR tracked along the rail, angled out under a ride passing the quarter, but faded in the six path down the lane. FITZGERALD bumped between foes at the start, was wellback in the two path but made no impact in the four path down the stretch. TWISTED STEEL vied for the lead inside, was cued midway around the far turn, but yielded on the left lead. COPPERJACKET rated in the four path up the backstretch but made no closing bid. MR. J steadied between foes around the first turn, raced off the pace in the three path but never threatened. BOLT'S MUNNY trailed throughout.
