BOLT AT MIDNIGHT steadied at the start to be off slowly, moved up steadily the opening quarter while four wide into the first turn to reach contention, vied up the backstretch off the inside, larger lead second turn, responded when the runner up came calling upper stretch, long drive, proved best in a determined effort. DOUBLE BARREL in the second flight while off the rail, continued behind the leaders in the two path into the far turn, three wide into the stretch, challenged outside the winner upper stretch, outkicked in the run to the wire. JUILLIARD within striking distance inside, continued to save ground through the second turn, lacked a closing kick in not threatening the top two in the drive, edged clear of the others. REBELIOUS void of early foot, raced back and off the inside, ranged up four wide to a striking position in the second turn, flattened out in the drive. MYRA'S BOY unhurried early, continued to race in hand under patient handling along the inside second turn, steadied behind a tiring rival into the lane, regathered, finished willingly to improve through traffic. LUNA VIEJA in some traffic near the back of the pack in to the first turn, continued back, made some progress four wide into the stretch then went flat the final furlong. FIREBALL BIRDIE in mid pack while racing off the inside, bothered late in the final turn, moved to the rail then lacked a closing punch. SEARCY rank, in traffic first turn, four wide through the second turn when well off the pace second turn, lacked a rally. JUST ASK WATTS broke forwardly, angled in to set the pace first turn, pressed the the winner the middle half from along the inside and gave way. COUNT DRACULA in mid pack and off the inside, bothered in the second turn, remained back after recovering. ICE EXPRESS made an early move four wide to a prompting position after a quarter, gave way far turn. MIGHTY MESSAGE stumbled, off slow, trailed throughout.
