GETTINBY bumped between foes at the start, pressed the pace in the four path, bid in hand around the turn, led while tipping into the two path while on the left lead in upper stretch, but was overtaken around the sixteenth, and evened out for show. TRIPLE UP bumped with an outer foe at the start, was prompted from up close between rivals in the two path, coaxed along around the turn, stayed on from the four path down the stretch, but got edged out for minor placings.
