STARS AND STRIPES stalked the leading inner duo while pushed along from the three path up the backstretch, ranged up while driven around the far turn, bid in the four path passing the quarter, kicked on from the six path down the lane, and inched ahead. GUN RUNNER CHARLIE prompted the pace in the two path, bid under confident handling in the three path midway around the far turn, came under a ride while taking command passing the quarter, dug in while floating out to the five path down the stretch, but got edged out by an outer foe. CLASSIFY chased between foes in the two path, was cued midway around the far turn, floated out to the six path turning into the lane, and finished evenly to be best of the rest. TRACKING ERROR hopped at the start, trailed from the three path into the backstretch, got put to a drive passing the three-eighths pole, swung from the five path into the stretch, and passed tired rivals. KEEN CAT rated in the four path, floated out to the nine path turning into the lane, but did not factor. DIVE BOMBER pulled around the first turn to dictate the pace along the inside up the backstretch, lost the lead while ridden along the inside midway around the far turn, and yielded in the stretch. HAPPY STRIKE was unhurried along the inside early but never threatened. IMPERIAL GUN tracked inside but was empty at the top of the stretch.
