Footnotes
CRUSHED ICE broke well, was forwardly placed from the start while three wide in the first turn, closer into the far turn, came in slightly appearing to tighten up WREAKING HAVOC entering the far turn, lodged a bid inside the leader soon after, put a head in front with a quarter to run and then steadily increased her advantage through the lane while kept to pressure. SEVERE CLEAR also away in good order, prompted the leader in the four path through the first turn, put a head in front before a half, accelerated clear in the far turn, offered brief resistance to the winner turning into the stretch then could not keep up, remained comfortably clear for the second spot. MOENCHANTED lacked speed, carried out a bit to be three wide far turn, improved into the lane then lacked a further advance while holding the show late. QUEEN OF SALSA settled off the pace toward the inside, checked up behind WREAKING HAVOC who was taken up entering the final turn, shifted out a bit, steered four wide entering the stretch, displayed a mild amount of late interest to be closing the gap for the show late. LITTLE SISTER SUE void of speed while inside in the first turn, continued inside into the far turn, moved out around a faltering rival in the far turn, moved back to the rail and went evenly through the lane. PAYTON'S BEAUTY in mid pack and off the inside, lacked a closing response. SHOWERS broke slowly after hesitating at the break, remained back while four wide through most of the final turn. WREAKING HAVOC showed the way first turn in the two path, continued to set or force the issue up the backstretch, took up when in tight as CRUSHED ICE was moving toward the front while between horses entering the far turn, quickly fell back after. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY AND A CLAIM OF FOUL BY THE RIDER OF WREAKING HAVOC AGAINST THE WINNER FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE INTO THE FAR TURN, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
