Footnotes
ROCK SOLO stalked in the three path, ranged up to bid in hand midway around the far turn, took the lead while being roused into the lane, and drew away in the final furlong. PAPPY'S REVENGE laid up close in the two path, loomed up to assert command passing the five-sixteenths pole, came under pressure midway around the far turn, lost the lead to the winner in upper stretch, could not keep up with that one in the final furlong, but dug in to hold place. NOTARY rated in the three path, ranged up under a drive late around the far turn, swung from the five path into the shortened lane, and kept on for show. AMERICAN LAW tracked inside up the backstretch, was roused from the two path midway around the far turn, but finished evenly. BLACK POWDER laid off the pace in the two path, was ridden around the far turn, but made no impact. CAPO LUCA trailed in the four path up the backside, improved under coaxing around the far turn, but came up empty at the top of the lane. PRINCETOWN dictated terms from just off the rail turning up the backstretch, was quickly overtaken passing the five-sixteenths pole, then gave way.
