ETERNALLY GRATEFUL trailed in the three path, picked up a spot while coaxed along rounding the turn, angled out to eight path in upper stretch, switched to the right lead passing the furlong grounds, and surged ahead of inner rivals to go clear in the closing stages. JIMMIES BIG DAY went clear early to set an uncontested pace, waited while just off the rail around the turn, was cued when challenged by an outer foe passing the quarter, angled out to the four path turning into the lane, fought on stubbornly while tipping out to the six path for the final furlong, but got overtaken by the late surging outer winner in the closing stages. RACARINO laid up close in the three path, received a right handed cue passing the three-eighths pole, ranged up passing the quarter, bid while floating out to the six path at the top of the lane, kept on but could not get past the game inner pacesetter, and hung for show. COME OUT FIGHTING tracked along the rail, was pushed along around the turn, cut the corner turning into the lane, stayed on down the lane, but evened out in the final sixteenth. TEXAS HOLDEM rated in the two path, was roused midway around the turn, swung from the five path into the stretch, and improved. CAMPFIRE CREED chased out in the five path, improved from the four path rounding the turn, floated out to the seven path entering the stretch, and finished evenly. FLASHY LOVER stalked in the four path, was ridden in the three path around the turn, but flattened down the lane. CRAVENSWORTH raced off the pace inside but never threatened.
