DAWN AT NORMANDY tracked in the two path, ranged up passing the quarter, bid from the four path at the top of the lane, led in upper stretch, tipped out and bumped an outer foe after a left handed cue passing the furlong grounds, dug in, drifted out again under left handed urging in the closing stages to bother the runner up near the finish, but held sway. BILOBA rated in the three path, ranged up under coaxing in the four path passing the quarter, ran on from the five path into the stretch, got bumped out to the seven path by the inner leader while making a bid passing the furlong grounds, began to close in again inside the final sixteenth, but steadied again late. SUPER HAPPY set a clear pace along the inside, was cued midway around the turn, came under a ride while tipping out to the three path at the top of the lane, hung on the left lead, yielded to an outer pair before the eighth pole, but held show. PRIME POWER stalked in the three path, was nudged along around the turn, but faded in the stretch. TAN CHULO chased in the four path but weakened. RIP CORD trailed throughout from around the four path. AFTER A STEWARDS INQUIRY AS WELL AS AN OBJECTION LODGED BY THE RIDER OF BILOBA AGAINST THE RIDER OF DAWN AT NORMANDY FOR INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH, NO CHANGES WERE MADE AS THE STEWARDS FELT THAT IT DID NOT COST BILOBA A CHANCE OF A BETTER PLACING.
