WELL AWARE laid up close behind the leading trio, had to wait in the two path around the turn, angled out to the five path while coming under a drive at the top of the lane, kicked on to bid between passing the furlong grounds, held command going by the sixteenth, and just held off an outer rival. HIDEKI trailed inside, was coaxed from off the rail midway around the turn, angled out to the eight path in upper stretch, rallied outside of rivals to make it close late, but just missed the bob. KEY TO SUCCESS raced off the pace in the four path, ranged up under coaxing passing the quarter, floated out to the seven path at the top of the lane, and kept on for show. INSIGHTFUL MISS pressed the pace along the rail, was roused passing the quarter, fought on in the two path down the stretch, but got out-finished. LOVER GIRL vied for the lead between foes, was nudged along in the two path around the turn, fought on while tipping out to the four path entering the lane, but yielded in the final sixteenth. ICY RIVER dueled for the lead in the four path, was roused from the three path midway around the turn, floated out to the six path in upper stretch, was in tight passing the furlong grounds, but flattened. LADY DREAMER rated from the rail, was coaxed along around the turn, stayed on to bid in upper stretch, but steadied before the sixteenth, then yielded. END OF INNOCENCE chased in the two path, steadied passing the half, and never threatened.
