COME OUT FIGHTING chased from the rail early, was coaxed along from the two path around the turn, angled out to the six path under left handed urging in upper stretch, kicked on while on the left lead, and drew ahead in the closing stages. MIDNIGHT MAJESTY vied for the lead between foes in the two path early, was cued midway around the turn, dug in gamely to hold a narrow advantage from the three path down the stretch, but got overtaken by a late charging outer winner. CAPE TRAFALGAR pressed an inner duo, bid under coaxing from the three path around the turn, fought on stubbornly from the four path to sustain that bid entering the final furlong, but got out-finished by rivals on both sides to show. CITY OF CLOUDS chased in the three path, was pushed along around the turn, and kept on down the lane to be best of the rest. HOLDING PATTERN had a slow start, trailed in the three path, continued under pressure around the turn, floated out to the eight path entering the lane, improved outside of rivals. DERBY DATE chased in the five path, was cued from the four path midway around the turn, but made no impact. CAMPFIRE CREED dueled for the lead from just off the rail, was roused midway around the turn, stayed on in upper stretch, but yielded in the final furlong. REMEMBER THE FEAR was wellback in the two path, ridden around the turn, but did not factor. TABLE MONEY tracked inside early but retreated.
