BOURBON SOCIETY pressed the pace in the two path, came under a drive early around the far turn, took aim in the three path at the top of the shortened lane, bid passing the furlong grounds, drew ahead passing the sixteenth, and just held on. EXPECT THE BEST stalked between rivals in the three path, ranged up under a drive passing the three-sixteenths, swung from the four path into the stretch, ran on to bid in the final sixteenth, but just missed. HAPPY STRIKE trailed in the five path early, improved up the backstretch, continued making progress while ridden in the four path around the far turn, swung from the six path into the lane, and kept on for show. CLASSIC LEGACY was wellback in the three path, split foes under a drive in the two path midway around the far turn, cut the corner at the top of the short stretch, and stayed on but got out-kicked. MIDNIGHT WEST showed the along the inside, was roused midway around the far turn, fought on from the two path entering the shortened lane, but yielded between foes around the sixteenth. GO GO BOSS chased in the two path, dropped back around the far turn, angled out to the four path passing the quarter, but made no impact. ITSINMYBLOOD settled in midpack from the four path but flattened down the lane. CREATIVE MINISTER rated along the rail but made no closing bid. CAMP EVANS bobbled at the start, settled in midfield from the three path but did not threaten. FAVORITE DAY laid up close along the rail, was driven around the far turn, but weakened.
