J J'S TRUE BET within striking distance up the backstretch in the second flight well off the inside, stalked three wide into the turn, challenged in that path nearing late turn, gained command and drew off steadily through the lane to win ridden out. SASSY LASS in mid pack off the inside, three wide through most of the turn, angled out four to five wide into the lane, finished with good late energy well out in the strip to be up for the place, no threat to the winner. TEXAS SEQUOIA floated in a bit after the start, in the second flight well wide, raced four wide through the turn, closer into the lane, chased inside the furlong grounds, no match, caught late for the second spot. CAROOM'S CROUPIER came in after the start when moving to set the pace up the backstretch in the two path, garnered a larger advantage into the turn, headed by the winner late in the bend and gradually weakened. CHARMIT forwardly placed just off the inside, steadied in some traffic late backstretch, proceeded evenly through the turn just off the inside, lacked a closing punch to go evenly down the lane. MSPUNKINSPEREGRINE hopped while a bit rank at the break to be away slowly, raced well back early as a result, in some traffic early turn then improved position with some late interest down the lane. MORALLY COMPLEX off a step slow, ,void of speed while three wide, improved position down the lane by passing mostly tiring rivals. HONDURAS PASSION in tight just after the start, raced back and widest up the backstretch, five wide through most of the turn, fanned six wide into the lane, lacked a closing kick. CALL SADIE was finished before a half while racing inside. MAXIMUM TO EXCEL in tight and bothered soon after the start, four to five wide through the turn, failed to muster a rally. PIRULITA flashed brief speed along the inside, began to give way by midway on the turn.
