CITY OF ANGELS stalked in the two path, angled out to the five path passing the quarter, swung from the seven path into the lane, bid on the left lead approaching the eighth pole, and drew clear in the final furlong. DARK VECTOR bobbled at the start, raced off the pace in the three path, was coaxed along around the turn, fanned out to the eight path at the top of the stretch, and ran on to get up for place late. WOODSPOINT pressed the pace in the three path, vied for the lead rounding the turn, received a right handed cue in the four path midway around the turn, floated out to the six path at the top of the lane, and finished evenly for show. KY DO DECLARE trailed in the four path, was nibbled along around the turn, angled inside midway around the turn, then tipped out to the four path in upper stretch, but was one paced. TIP TOE JOE dueled for the lead between foes in the two path, came under pressure midway around the turn, swung from the three path into the lane, but faded in the final furlong.
