STEPHENS DREAM was a bit reluctant to load, stalked the pace two wide, seized command near the five-sixteenths marker, quickly cleared, angled in in the stretch and widened under a drive. WHISPERING CHARM raced in range two wide between foes, tipped three wide turning for home, was no match for the winner but stayed on well to be clearly second best. VALESKA'S PROMISE bumped at the start, raced well back two wide, swung six wide in upper stretch, continued on the left lead in the lane and was along for the show. BLACKWOOD settled off the pace inside, tipped out in upper stretch and lacked the needed rally. PEEPS PRIDE failed to menace while racing two wide. PEACEFUL DREAMS bumped with SWEET BABY D at the start, raced three wide off the pace, angled wider turning for home and never threatened. ROOTS TOOTN tracked the pace three wide and weakened through the lane. SWEET BABY D bumped at the start, raced three and four wide and was never a threat. BARB'S GIRL was outrun inside. ARTEMIS SPARKLES set the pace along the rail while pulling a bit down the backstretch, led to the five-sixteenths marker and gave way readily. NORTH LAKE KATE made little impact while saving ground. FOXY FAY lost contact with the field, was pulled up and walked off.
