JET PACK close from the start, in some light traffic into the turn in the two path, advanced on the leader late in the bend while once again just off the rail, challenged entering the stretch, put the pacesetter away past the furlong marker and drove well clear. CAN'TDEALWITHIT forwardly placed in the three path and widest of the second fight for a half, roused turning for home, could not match the winner through the stretch, edged clear for the place. WOWSERS lacked early foot inside, moved off the inside when beginning to move a bit closer midway on the turn, staged a steady rally through the stretch to be along for the show. ADALENE broke alertly, set the pace for a half along the inside, relented when headed by the winner in upper stretch, continued to weaken through the stretch. EMMALLENE in the second flight for a half while outside the winner and between horses, had nothing left for the stretch drive. CLOSDATGATE broke back and failed to menace. MARITUDE in the second flight early, steadied slight along the rail early in the turn, stalled and had little for the drive. PERNICIOUS failed to menace while tiring three wide. WHY CHRIS WHY dwelt at the start and trailed throughout.
