Footnotes
OUR MAGICAL MOON in the second flight off the inside, advanced in the three path on the faltering leader along with the runner midway on the final turn, dueled into the lane outside that one, disposed of that same foe past the furlong marker and drew well clear under steady handling. OWIE broke sharp, dueled early, taken in hand to allow the other speed to go in the first turn, chased that one up the backstretch, moved with the winner inside that one far turn, dueled, proved no match late, remained clear of the others. CRUPPER in the second flight toward the rail, second flight inside, moved around a tiring rival second turn, shaken up for the drive and was slowly getting to the runner up late. SCUFFLE back off the pace and the inside, three wide trip through the second turn, lacked the needed closing response. BEDEVILED mid pack while racing outside, three to four wide when moving a bit closer final turn, also went evenly through the stretch. HOSS N BOSS in the main body while racing off the inside, went one paced to be also found lacking when the real running began at the head of the lane. MEANSTEPPER fell back to trail after the start, passed tiring rivals while not a threat. BAYOU FLYER off a step slow, raced five wide into the first turn, lacked a rally. INTO BATTLE four wide in early in the first turn, lacked a rally. I'M WORTHY back off the pace, came three wide into the late, failed to muster a response. KHONSU off a step slow, raced back and between foes, steadied onto the backstretch, remained back after recovering. LAW OF OZZ keen with with the lead first turn, ran off to a long lead backstretch, stopped in the far turn, jogged in.
