AARON off slowly, moved up steadily to mid pack by late backstretch, continued to gain three to four wide turning for home, closed with good resolve to kick, down the leader and be in time. SIR STERLING broke well from the outside, cleared before a quarter toward the inside, extended that advantage a bit through the turn and into the stretch, could not contain the winner while remaining clear for the place. HOLIDAY HOUSE in mid pack while racing outside, three to four wide turn, staged a mild rally to garner the show. KONTEEKEE with the early pace, chased the runner up through the turn, had little left for the stretch drive. FIFTY CENT DOLLARS fell back to trail after the start, continued to see them all through the turn, passed a few tiring rivals through the lane after the issue had been decided. LIGHTNING STRUCK lacked speed along the inside, failed to respond in the stretch. STAGE LEFT in the second flight inside, backed up through the stretch. LITTLE STEVEN forwardly placed inside, gave way in upper stretch.
