STANDOUTSENSATION away in good order, pressed the issue up front on the outside into and through the first turn, dueled in the run up the backstretch firmly in hand, put a head in front and disposed of the other speed in the far turn, shrugged off a bid from the runner up turning for home and shook clear the final furlong under steady handling. QUEEN AZTECA broke with the field, forward, bother, bit tight into the first turn, settled in the second flight in the two path, ranged up to challenge three wide and outside the winner turning for home, could not match that one in the run to the wire, clearly second best. IN JUST MY HEELS broke up front, forwardly placed along the rail into the first turn when put in tight and forced to check up, fell back to trail, raced in the two path into the lane, rallied to earn the show late while no threat to the top pair. PEIGNOIR with the pace past the wire the first time, came in a bit into the first turn to tighten up QUEEN AZTECA and IN JUST MY HEELS, prompted the two leaders for six furlongs then steadily weakened through the lane to lose some position. CORNINGSTONE popped stall doors, last away but within contact of her rivals, three wide first turn when off pace, three to four wide second bend, lacked a closing response. REAGAN'S FLAME showed the way early just of the inside, dueled inside the winner the middle part then faltered in the far turn, continued to tire stretch. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY REGARDING THE RUN INTO THE FIRST TURN AND A CLAIM OF FOUL BY THE RIDER OF IN JUST MY HEELS AGAINST THE RUNNER UP QUEEN AZTECA, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
