CIRCLE TAP second flight early, steadied while rank in some traffic between horses onto the backstretch, continued in that second group, in traffic again late in the final turn, came three wide for the drive, challenged nearing the furlong marker outside the two leaders gained command and drew clear. MEANSTEPPER with the pace while between horses, continued to vie into and through the final turn, dueled through upper stretch closest to the inside, battled on for the place while no match for the winner late. ROCKY RACCOON broke with the leaders, helped set the pace three wide, continued to do battle in the second turn in the three path, dueled upper stretch outside the runner up, outkicked by that one for the second spot. FLEEK broke awkwardly, raced back and four wide first turn, continued to lack speed, four to six wide second turn, improved with a mild rally. ROCKFEST broke in to bother a couple of inner rivals, set the early pace inside, vied into the far turn, faltered. TIMBERLINE bothered at the start, trailed much of the way, five wide into lane, passed tiring rivals to better position after the issue had been decided. OUT FLAT in mid pack early, moved outside to be four wide first turn, continued outside, angled in a bit late in the final bend and lacked a response. CACTUS CHARLIE slipped a bit and was bothered at the start, recovered to race in the second flight three wide for six furlongs, gave way in the drive. DEVILISH ACT in the second group inside the winner when steadied in traffic onto the backstretch, continued to track then gave way in the second turn. BOURBONKOMA off a step slow, remained back in failing to menace.
