Footnotes
MY BODACIOUS BOY chased off the inside, went three deep into the stretch, rallied to the front midstretch, led clear into the final sixteenth and held over the runner-up. BENNY AND THE JET traveled in mid-pack outside a rival then moved inside, angled out and came four wide into the stretch, closed in and drew alongside MY BODACIOUS BOY late but could not get by. RED HOT sat off the pace in the early going, traveled two to three wide on the turn, angled out leaving the bend and got up for third. TOMMY NORRIS sprinted clear from outside, led two wide through the turn, got run down midstretch and weakened in the late stages. TIGGRRR WHITWORTH chased along the rail into the turn, came three wide into the lane and lacked a rally. POSITIVE TIMES raced up close on the inside, chased within striking distance to upper stretch and weakened. JOKER WENT WILD was forwardly placed outside a rival up the backstretch and around the turn, then also weakened in the drive. OMISSION was fractious in the gate, broke a step slow, raced greenly at the back, took the turn three to four wide and was never a factor. RAND GOOD traveled in the second flight up the backstretch, went tow then three wide on the turn and was never a factor. CARL ERSKINE laid off the pace on the inside, cut the corner into the stretch and failed to menace.
