PARADISE LAKE raced up close in the two path, flanked the leader up the backstretch, applied more pressure around the far turn, took over in upper stretch, battled into the final sixteenth and prevailed. STARRY NIGHT stepped to the front and crossed to the inside, controlled the pace to the far turn, pressured by PARADISE LAKE around the bend, lost command in upper stretch, fought back from inside and finished gamely in defeat. WATCHTOWER tracked the speed from the two path, tipped out into the lane, rallied three deep in the final sixteenth but lacked the needed final kick. HANNAH BUCKLE (IRE) settled on the inside, angled off the fence nearing the stretch, finished willingly down the lane but needed to find more late. PUBLIC ASSEMBLY brushed the gate at the start, traveled outside a rival at the back, spun three wide into the stretch, chased between rivals at the eighth pole and closed the gap late. WILLA T unhurried in the early going and moved inside, stayed on the fence to the stretch, had the rider drop his crop near the eighth pole and finished willingly to gain ground late. SUN OF HILL (BRZ) sat off the pace in the two path, angled out on the far turn and came four wide into the stretch but could not rally when called upon. IMA JOKER stalked from inside, shifted out into the lane and weakened.
