CRAZY CAVALIER trailed up the backstretch, went two wide into the turn, angled four wide around the bend, closed in and drew alongside the leaders at the sixteenth pole, then drove clear in the end. SPEARFISH dueled from outside, inched ahead of rivals on both sides at the quarter pole, moved to the rail late on the bend, resisted to the sixteenth and was outfinished by the winner. SMART CODE bumped leaving the gate, bumped again with inner rival up the backstretch, bid three deep on the turn, fought outside SPEARFISH coming into the lane, kept the heat on the that rival to the sixteenth pole, then flattened late. VANCOUGAR took a light bump leaving the gate, got bumped between rivals early, chased two wide around the bend, angled inward with a furlong remaining but flattened out deep stretch. CHICK'S DIG IT got bumped on both sides early chasing after the top pair, took the turn two then three wide and weakened down the lane. CASE HIT got bumped from outside early, paused along the rail behind the leader into the turn, moved off the fence in the lane and weakened. CODY BOY broke in and bumped, dueled from inside up the backstretch and around the turn, could not keep up past the quarter pole and weakened in the drive.
