DAKOTA'S SHADOW vied for the lead inside pair of rivals then dueled leaving the backstretch, carried a short lead around the bend, shook free in upper stretch and widened under left handed urging and strong handing. TWISTED HUMOR broke out, fought three deep for command then dueled outside DAKOT'S SHADOW up the backstretch, kept the pressure on through the turn, could not keep up approaching the final furlong and stayed on to hold second. DANCING WITH SHARI was hard to load behind the gate, came away a couple lengths slow, trailed up the backstretch, passed rivals early on the turn, ran up on heels at the five-sixteenths pole, stayed inside and gained a clear path, then rallied for the show honors but never threatened. KISS ME COCO chased two wide into the turn, went between rivals and bumped a foe at the quarter pole, went three wide into the lane and kept on for a minor award. CAN YOU DREAM chased well off the rail in the early going, angled out at the top of the lane and improved position. SCOTLYNN RAE chased well off the rail outside rivals, went three then five deep around the bend and weakened in the drive. DUCHESS CAT broke a step slow, chased from inside out of range, advanced around the turn, moved out at the top of the lane and flattened. SMOKIN HOT CHICK raced wide from off the pace in the early going, angled in on the turn, lacked room in traffic briefly at the three-sixteenths pole and was never a factor. MIA FORZA coaxed along in range early, chased between rivals and got bumped at the quarter pole while four deep, then faded in the lane. PRONOUNCE IT broke in and bumped, challenged between rivals for command early then chased leaving the backstretch, weakened around the turn and tired. GRAYDAR CLASSIC followed in range between rivals early, dropped back on the turn, came five wide into the lane and had little left for the stretch run. E NANG broke a step slow, dropped off the pace, fell back to last on the turn, angled out at the quarter pole, came five wide into the lane and failed to menace.
