EXPRESSIVE LOVE vied three deep into the first turn, cleared inner pair and crossed over, opened up on the far turn, remained well clear into the final furlong, grew weary late but was able to hold. PERFECT LIFE vied from inside for a bit then dropped back to track the speed around the first turn, angled out on the second bend, drifted out and bumped MRAZEK'S OLD DREAM at the eighth pole, put in a late bid but ran out of ground. MRAZEK'S OLD DREAM traveled outside a rival at the back early, angled four wide around the far turn, took a bump from PERFECT LIFE at the eighth pole and showed late interest to close the gap on the winner. MORGAN'S BLUFF settled in the two path, followed in range three deep into the far turn, was closest in pursuit in the two path turning for home but finished evenly down the lane. FAITHFUL TRUTH laid well off the pace in the early going while angling off the fence to the four path around the first turn, stayed off the rail through the second bend, came four wide into the lane and passed tired rivals. BRANDON'S GIRL vied between rivals into the first turn then ceded command to EXPRESSIVE LOVE, stalked two wide into the far turn, moved inside then chased a bit off the rail again into the lane and faded out of contention. LADY LITHESOME bumped leaving the gate, was rank and checked behind a rival into the first turn, fought the rider some more around the bend, trailed on the inside and was never a factor. ONLY REPUTATION tracked three then two wide early, continued two into the far turn, weakened under urging around that bend and tired down the lane.
