Footnotes
JIMMY BLUE JEANS was antsy in the gate, closest in pursuit early from the two path, drew alongside the leader at the seven-sixteenths pole, inched ahead around the bend, cleared into the lane, showed the way freely into deep stretch and held well. RUSSELLS HUSTLE unhurried in the opening stages and moved inside, ridden along the rail then two wide on the far turn, tipped out into the lane, closed well to gain second but was too late to reach the winner. CASTLE LEOCH settled along the rail, crept closer in the middle stages, saved ground on the far turn, tipped off the fence midstretch and got up for third. AH JEEZ tracked two to three wide on the clubhouse turn, moved out and advanced four deep in the middle stages, chased three wide into the lane and finished evenly late while getting edged for the show. GEM MINT TEN sat off the pace in the two path, chased between runners on the far turn, spun three wide into the lane and summoned a mild rally. NEON LIGHTS (IRE) set the pace from inside, took pressure exiting the backstretch, lost command around the far turn, yielded to the winner entering the lane, then flattened in the late stages. SO I'M TOLD tracked three then two wide early, continued in the two path on the far turn while under asking and also flattened out in the stretch. DON'T SWEAR DAVE pulled a bit not too long after the start, checked between rivals on the backstretch, went three deep into the far turn, three to four wide into the lane and failed to menace. DAKOTA COUNTRY chased four then three deep on the first turn, got crowded three wide between rivals early on the far turn and weakened.
