BALLYHOOLIGAN stalked three deep then two wide between rivals to the turn, continued in the two path around the bend, challenged from outside in upper stretch, got brushed by MAXIMUS midstretch, put a head in front at the sixteenth pole and held over the rivals on both sides. BAZOOKA CHARLIE climbed along while chasing from inside, drew closer while put in a bit tight around the bend, rallied up the fence but ran out of ground. HONDO CROUCH broke a bit slow, trailed up the backstretch, raced on the inside into the turn, angled out approaching the quarter pole, came five wide into the lane, put in a late run and finished game third. MAXIMUS set the pace up the backstretch, led along the rail through the turn, confronted by BALLYHOOLIGAN in upper stretch, drifted out and made light contact with that rival midstretch and got outfinished in the final sixteenth. ANOTHER MONARCH broke a bit slow, chased three deep into the turn, shifted inward in upper stretch, then finished willingly to the wire. SMILING TIZZY raced off the pace four deep into the turn, trailed six wide into the lane, passed tired rivals but could not threaten for the major placings. MAGIC CONNECTION raced up close on the inside, came off the rail a bit on the turn and weakened in the lane. OUR CONSIGLIERE chased between rivals to the turn, rounded the bend in the two path and weakened. THREE GEORGES stalked four then three deep early, chased four deep again at the quarter pole and faded out of contention.
