MALIBU ROCKS was closest in pursuit in the two path, drew alongside the leader at the half-mile pole, took over dueling around the far turn, moved clear in upper stretch and held over the late run from UNCLE EVCO late. UNCLE EVCO followed in range four deep, came five wide into the lane, rallied from outside, drew alongside MALIBU ROCKS but could not get by. GENTLEMEN'S CLUB stalked from inside, tipped out at the five-sixteenths pole, took aim three wide into the stretch but flattened out in the late stages. MISCHIEF MOMENTS stalked in the three path around the first turn, ridden along four wide into the stretch and weakened. TYPHOON TOMMY grabbed the early lead from inside, took pressure at the halfway mark, dueled around the far turn, yielded in upper stretch and weakened. KAMAINA CRUISER hit the gate and broke in a bit, trailed on the inside through both turns and was never a factor.
