RUNNING WITH CHAOS bumped with TAIF at the start, showed the way from off the rail while under pressure, angled in for the turn, led a bit off the rail around the bend, maintained a short lead into the final furlong, then put TAIF away in midstretch and inched away in the final sixteenth. TAIF bumped with RUNNING WITH CHAOS in the beginning, pressed the pace from outside, hounded the winner to the eighth pole, then got turned back in midstretch and held second. THE LAST STRAW tracked the top pair from off the rail, crept closer on the turn, took aim two to three wide turning for home but flattened out int he final furlong. LATITUDE stalked the leaders up the backstretch, tried to challenge inside RUNNING WITH CHAOS approaching the five-sixteenths pole but lacked room and had to put the brakes on, continued along the fence to the stretch and weakened.
