PURA VIDA PRINCESA went straight to the front while pulling the rider along, continued keenly into the backstretch, padded the advantage in the middle stages, held a diminished lead into the lane, responded to right handed encouragement and kicked away from LUBIE'S MUSIC in the final sixteenth. LUBIE'S MUSIC stalked in the two path, was closest in pursuit up the backstretch, crept closer on the far turn, took aim at the winner entering the final furlong but got turned away in the late stages. SAUCIER settled on the inside at the back, trailed inside a rival into the far turn, hugged the rail to the stretch and was along for third. ROBIN WITH A WHY stalked next to the rail around the first turn, dropped off the pace on the backstretch, asked along the fence then in the two path on the second bend, tipped out in the lane and weakened. THATSALRIGHTMAMA tracked three deep around the first turn, raced at the back outside SAUCIER on the backstretch, went two wide around the far turn and was never a factor. PRESTIGE FUNGSON settled in the two path, remained two wide to the stretch and failed to menace.
