AUTHENTICALLY tracked four then three wide around the first turn, drew closer between runners on the backstretch, loomed three wide at the quarter pole, challenged from outside shortly after, dueled into the final furlong and bested KISS ME COCO in the late stages. KISS ME COCO tracked two wide while moving inside a rival on the first turn, challenged between foes in the middle stages, put a head in front midway around the far turn, put DUCHESS CAT away with a quarter mile remaining but was quickly confronted by AUTHENTICALLY, resisted to the eighth pole and yielded in deep stretch while clearly second best. LONG RANGE PURSUIT chased three wide into the first turn then cut to the inside, lost ground still next to the fence on the second ben and ran on between rivals to gain third. CAN YOU DREAM showed brief speed dueling from inside into the first turn then dropped back to stalk and moved off the rail, bid three deep on the backstretch, could not keep up around the far turn, spun four wide into the lane and weakened. DUCHESS CAT dueled from outside then cleared around the clubhouse turn, took pressure from a pair of rivals on the backstretch, dueled with KISS ME COCO on the far turn, lost command at the five-sixteenths pole, failed to kick on with the top pair into the last quarter mile and retreated through the lane. ATINA LIZ chased three then four wide around the first turn, dropped back while keeping off the rail on the far turn, eased in the lane and walked off.
